Our New Customer Video App!

We're always trying to improve our customer experience at our auto repair shop in Grand Rapids. We've proudly partnered with Tru Video (video above) and are fully up and running with our customers. This application now provides customers with detailed videos sent to text/email throughout the repair process. Customers can also respond back through text message with any questions or concerns while their vehicle is at our facility for mechanical, collision, or paint repairs. No longer do customers have to take a shops word that a repair needs to be done, they can see it with their own eyes and be able to trust the repair facility.
